Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked in various industries alongside leaders and teams to increase the effectiveness of business in particular during periods that are characterized by rapid growth and transformation by focusing on developing, aligning, and leading an overall strategy for people. Annmarie is a trusted adviser who has assisted in translating enterprise goals and strategies to business and people strategy through changes management and employee engagement. As a leader who is passionate her focus is on team building and learning as the key to competitive advantages. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and mentored leaders who have demonstrated success and results. Her experience has helped develop cultures in companies which promote innovation and learning. Annmarie's love of Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate all of her energy and efforts in the direction of this mission. She is also a volunteer for several non-profit organisations in the time she has off. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. She also provides training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
